60 minute class targeting your deep tissues and joints. Slow paced, mainly seated mat work where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes at a time. Allows you to rest, restore and release built up stress.
Mondays virtually @ 9pm
60 minute fast paced class elevating your heart rate and targeting your balance, strength, endurance and flexibility. Helps release stress and built up tension.
Tuesdays @ 7:20pm
Thursdays virtually @ 9pm
60 minute combination of sun salutations, standing postures, and deeper stretching. A more gentle alternative to powerful yoga flows.
Sundays @ 8:45am
